Return and Refund Policy – All Saqr

At All Saqr, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer easy returns and refunds according to the following policy:

1. Returns

  • You can return a product within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • To start a return, please email us at allsaqr.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about your refund status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.

3. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order for the product you want.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at allsaqr.store@gmail.com.

  • We will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized items or products marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for damaged or defective items.
